We are a not for profit organisation that is committed to delivering quality training and to supporting our students to LEARN, WORK & GROW. Being a Registered Training Organisation and AQTF Compliant, we are able to cater for students who are looking for both Accredited & Non-Accredited training. Our students benefit from LWG Training's flexible and customised learning approach and can provide 1 on 1, self-paced or small group training classes. Cert II in Business for Job Seekers*This course is designed to assist job seekers to take the next step towards work and training options, this program is held 1 day per week and incorporates independent study at home or at LWG Training. Work experience or a work placement to put skills & knowledge gained into practice is strongly encouraged. Participants will learn about computers, current business technology and office tasks, communication and safety in the workplace as well as gain assistance to prepare for and seek employment. The certificate consists of 12 accredited units of competence and is aimed at various groups through funding programs. Cert III in Business for Existing Workers*This course is aimed at those who have worked for at least one hour in the previous week for pay, profit, commission or payment in kind, this program is designed to increase skills or provide the opportunity to have skills formally recognised through Recognition of Prior Learning. The course is held 1 day per week and incorporates independent study at home, in a workplace or at LWG Training. Participants take the next step and develop their skills in communication and customer service, learn how to organise workplace information, work with financial records and use various computing programs to design documents to meet business requirements. The certificate consists of 12 units of competence. * Funded by WA Dept of Education and Training.
